Terms of Service

1. Services

MUJ428 provides fixed-price, human-supervised Evidence Check, Agent Exception Triage, and Recruiting Intelligence Pilot services. AI-assisted and business tools may support delivery, but an accountable human reviews the final deliverable. Services are not legal, financial, medical, investment, background-check, or employment-law advice.

2. Authorized purchasers and agents

Only an adult with purchasing authority may order a service. An AI agent may discover, recommend, prepare, or route an order only within authority granted by its human operator. An accountable human purchaser must authorize payment.

3. Ordering and payment

Evidence Check and Exception Triage

1. The purchaser reviews the scope, inputs, price, and standard turnaround.
2. The purchaser requests or completes the official Stripe checkout made available by MUJ428.
3. The purchaser supplies complete inputs through the approved intake channel.
4. Work begins after payment, usable inputs, and scope and safety review.

Recruiting Intelligence Pilot

MUJ428 reviews fit, capacity, boundaries, and success measures before providing checkout and kickoff instructions. The pilot begins on the confirmed start date after payment and required inputs are received.

4. Deliverables

The purchaser receives the deliverable described in the public service catalog at purchase. Findings are good-faith assessments based on supplied information and reasonably available sources. MUJ428 does not guarantee a particular verdict, business outcome, hiring result, or error-free finding.

5. Turnaround

Published times are standard targets unless expressly guaranteed. The clock begins after payment, complete usable inputs, and scope acceptance. It pauses when customer clarification is required.

6. Refunds

• Cancellation before work begins may receive a full refund.
• An order MUJ428 declines before substantive work begins will be refunded.
• After work begins or delivery, refunds are considered when the promised deliverable was not provided or materially failed to match scope.
• Requests must be emailed within seven calendar days after delivery.

7. Customer responsibilities

The purchaser must provide accurate and lawfully obtained information, submit only data they can share, avoid prohibited sensitive data, review the deliverable, and make all final business, hiring, legal, safety, and operational decisions.

8. Recruiting safeguards

Recruiting Intelligence is research and workflow support—not a hiring-decision service. MUJ428 does not make final employment decisions or intentionally rank, exclude, or recommend people based on protected characteristics. The customer remains responsible for employment and privacy compliance.

9. Confidentiality and privacy

MUJ428 treats submitted materials as confidential and uses them for fulfillment, security, administration, or purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Prohibited use

Services may not facilitate fraud, harassment, discrimination, unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, unlawful access, deceptive impersonation, or unlawful denial of a protected opportunity.

11. No professional advice

Deliverables are decision-support inputs and do not replace purchaser judgment or qualified professional advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUJ428's total liability arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Changes

The version presented or linked at purchase applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by District of Columbia law, subject to mandatory rights that apply to the purchaser.
