MUJ428 LLC ("MUJ428," "we," "us") provides human-supervised verification, exception-handling, and recruiting-intelligence services for AI-agent operators and authorized purchasers.

1. Information we collect

• Contact and order information: name, company, email, selected service, task summary, and deadline.
• Task materials: claims, links, documents, logs, screenshots, recruiting criteria, and research boundaries.
• Payment information: Stripe processes payments. MUJ428 does not receive or store full card numbers. We may receive limited billing and transaction details.
• Technical information: basic site-use or security information if analytics or security tools are enabled.

2. How we use information

We use information to verify purchasing authority, review scope, perform and deliver services, communicate about orders, prevent misuse, maintain transaction records, and create anonymized examples only with customer permission. We do not sell personal information.

3. Human supervision and service providers

MUJ428 services are human-supervised. Approved cloud, email, payment, automation, research, or AI-assisted tools may support fulfillment. We limit information to what is reasonably necessary and an accountable human reviews the final deliverable.

4. Sharing

Information may be shared with Stripe, operational service providers, professional advisers, or legal authorities when reasonably necessary or required by law. We do not publish identifiable customer materials or findings without permission.

5. Retention

• Task materials and working files are normally deleted or anonymized within 90 days after delivery unless longer retention is approved or reasonably required.
• Transaction, consent, refund, and accounting records are retained as reasonably necessary for tax, fraud-prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to those involved in fulfillment. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or eligible deletion, or withdraw permission to use an anonymized example. We may verify identity and authority before acting.

8. Children

Our services are intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly offer services to anyone under 18.

9. Changes

The version presented or linked at purchase applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
